| Contractor Data Upload Tool |
The Contractor Data Upload Tool is an electronic data delivery, storage, and retrieval system to standardize electronic delivery and document management for
deliverables related to all AFCEE contracts and task orders. Use of this tool requires contractor data loaders to purchase an
External Certificate Authority (ECA)
to facilitate the upload of contract deliverables via the "drop zone". The ECA is a security measure that will allow your designated personnel to enter
the AFCEE secure data repository. Once an ECA has been purchased, the data loader is required to request a user-id and password from AFCEE via the Contractor Data Upload Tool Registration site (see link below).
You will also be required to complete:
These may be e-mailed to the SharePoint webmaster.
You will be sent a system generated confirmation of registration. AFCEE Contractor Data Upload Tool support personnel will issue the contractor a database
account and a password along with the URL for access to the contract deliverable upload site. Contractors can begin to deliver data electronically as soon
as these are received.
System Requirements
The Air Force has increased security controls for the new operating systems and Information Internet Server application. This has resulted in the following system requirements for the users of CDUT. Users accessing CDUT must have a system running:
- Windows Vista or Windows 7 (Users that do not upgrade from Microsoft XP will not be able to connect),
- Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 7 or higher
- A personal External Certificate Authority authentication certificate.
In order to upload documents, users must maintain Office 2007 until CDUT
migrates to SharePoint 2010.
